Banana oat mill cookies
Healthy Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal Cookies are made in a little over 15 minutes with just 5 ingredients.
These cooking are dairy free vegetarian and vegan (if you use maple sirup) so you can enjoy them for breakfast, snack or dessert. Oats will keep you full and honey will satisfy your taste buds if you are on a diet or you want to eat healthy.
Chocolate chips are optional – you can also use nuts or raisins and make this recipe even healthier.
Banana oat mill cookies are soft and chewy and that makes them really delicious!
You can also make them with kids because they are really easy to prepare.
Makes 12 cookies
Ingredients
80g oats
3 ripe bananas – mashed with fork
100g peanut butter
20g honey or maple sirup
50g chocolate chips + 20g extra for the topping
Directions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
1. Combine all ingredients together.
2. Use a table spoon to drop a portion of a cookie dough out on the baking tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle some chocolate chips on the top if you wish.
3. Bake for 15 mins.
