Chocolate date granola
Maybe you thought that making homemade granola is a rocket science, but it is actually not! If you have a good recipe (like ours đ) you can improve your health thanks to simple ingredients. Homemade granola is free of tons of sugar and salt. It lasts about 2 -3 weeks, because it is free of additives and artificial colouring and flavours.
If you decided to live really healthy lifestyle, we would recommend using organic oats.

Granola is rich in protein and fiber, which both contribute to fullness. Additionally, high-fiber foods like oats, nuts, and seeds slow down the emptying of your stomach and increase digestion time, which can help you feel fuller for longer â and may aid appetite control.
Ingredients
300g regular organic oats
60g coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
15g unsweetened cocoa
100g chopped dark chocolate
160g dates without pit + 90 ml of water
100g of nuts of your choice (we used hazelnuts)
25g sunflower seeds
25g pumpkin seeds
Directions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
1. In a big bowl combine: oats, cocoa, cinnamon and salt.
2. In blender, combine dates (without pit) and water. Blend until you have a paste.
3. Add chocolate, nuts and seeds to your oat mixture. Mix well.
4. Add date paste and melted coconut oil and vanilla essence.
5. Line baking tray with baking paper and tip the granola mixture onto baking sheet and spread evenly. Bake for 20 minutes and take out of the oven, stir granola with a spoon and bake for another 20 mins.
Let cool completely and store in airtight container.
