Lemon rosemary chicken breast
Are you also in love with lemons and herbs? Then we have a perfect super simple dish for you. Our recipe calls only for a few ingredients you already have in pantry.
Lemon and rosemary give to regular chicken breast that extra juiciness and flavour.
It is a perfect dish for summer BBQ or quick dinner. It goes well with everything - baked potatoes, summer salad or our vegetable dish from the South of France called Tian. You can a recipe for Tian here.
Once grilled, you can keep it in the fridge in airtight container for two days.
Ingredients
600g chicken breast
25ml of olive oil
2 big, good quality lemons or 3 medium sized lemons
4 – 5 branches of rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste
Pinch of Espalette spices or Cayenne peppers
Directions
1. In a bowl combine: 600g chicken breast,4 – 5 branches of rosemary, drizzle with 25 ml of olive oil, squeeze lemons, season with salt, pepper and Cayenne pepper. Mix well. Cover with a plastic foil and out into the fridge for 1 – 2 hours.
2. Grill on BBQ or in the pan. Serve
