Mango sorbet
This Easy Homemade only 4 ingredients Mango sorbet is our favorite hot summer dessert!
It is creamy, sweet and refreshing. Another advantage is, that you don’t need ice cream maker. Blender will do and it takes 5 minutes to prepare!
Mango sorbet is gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free, nut-free and refined sugar-free!
Most important ingredients in this recipe are mangos – make sure that you use ripen mangos for this recipe.
It is naturally sweet from mangos which are such a wonderful fruit that can satisfy your sweet tooth while packing in important nutrients. Mangos are full of fiber, potassium and vitamins A and C, which together boost immunity and improves heart health.

Ingredients
2 ripe mangos
100ml coconut milk
2 tablespoons of honey or maple sirup
Juice from ½ lime
Directions
1. Wash, peel and cut mango.
2. Put into Tupperware and put into the freezer for at least 4 hours (or overnight).
3. Take mango out of the freezer and:
Option one: if you have high speed blender, let mango defrost for 15 mins. Put in blender and add remaining ingredients: 100ml coconut milk, 2 tablespoons of honey and juice from ½ lime. No need to put sorbet into the freezer. It should have perfect texture.
Option two: if you have low speed blender, let mango defrost for 30 – 40 mins and cut in big chunks. Put in blender and add remaining ingredients: 100 ml milk, 2 tablespoons of honey and juice from ½ lime. Put back into the freezer for 30 – 60 mins. Serve.
