Pineapple salsa
Why not to start weekend with a new tasty recipe? If you have people over or you want something refreshing, it’s the right time to prepare our pineapple salsa.
This recipe requires only few simple ingredients and you can adjust it to your taste. If you like spicy salsa, feel free to add extra dash of tabasco or go crazy with coriander.
Make sure you chop all ingredients in tiny pieces so it will be easier to eat and it will also add on flavour.
You can store this salsa in airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Flavour will only become more intense.
Enjoy our pineapple salsa with tortilla chips, regular potato chips or crackers.
Ingredients
1 fresh pineapple
1 medium sized red onion
2 teaspoons of tabasco or your favourite hot sauce
Juice of one lime
5 stalks of cilantro
Salt to taste salt
Chips or crackers for serving
Directions
1. Chop cilantro, red onions and dice pineapple in mini pieces.
2. Combine all of the ingredients. Mix well and store in the fridge at least for 30 minutes before serving.
