Aji Amarillo sauce

Ingredients

2 orange peppers – Aji Amarillo

2 black peppers - Aji Panca

2 teaspoons of olive oil

3 teaspoons of water

Directions

1. Put peppers into pan and cover them with a water – just enough to cover them. Bring to boil and cook for 5 minutes.

2. Take out of the pan and cut each pepper lengthwise. Remove stems and seeds. 

3. In a small blender combine all orange peppers and add 2 teaspoons of olive oil and 2 teaspoons of water.

Repeat the same with black peppers.
