Mouse au kinder chocolate – Kinder chocolate mousse
This is a modern twist to traditional chocolate mousse. We are sure that this will be love on a first taste…not only for kids 😊 Replace traditional chocolate with kinder chocolates aet voila we have a new recipe with only 5 ingredients! Another advantage is that it takes only 10 mins to prepare.
What’s not to love about this recipe? Don’t forget to leave few pieces for decoration.
You can keep it in the fridge for couple of days.
Ingredients
150g kinder chocolates
4 egg whites
40g caster sugar
30g butter
100ml cream
Directions
1. Melt 150g of kinder chocolate in water bath.
2. Add 30g butter, 40g sugar and 100ml double cream. Mix well and set aside. Let cool down little bit - Chocolate should be warm, but not hot.
3. Beat egg whites with a mixer and add to chocolate mixture. Mix gently with spatula.
Leave to rest in the fridge for about 5 hours (minimum). Ideally leave the mousse in the fridge overnight.
