Chocolate chip cookies

Do you like soft and delicious cookies? Did you try hundreds of different recipes? I did, but none of them came out perfect/delicious/soft; And you still didn't give up? Look no further. I have a perfect cookie recipe for you.

Are you wondering what makes cookies soft and chewy? Brown sugar makes cookies moist and soft, white sugar makes cookies crispier. It is important to use combination of both sugars.

This is one of the most famous cookie recipes, but many people make the same mistake while baking – they overbake cookies. When you keep cookies in the oven for too long, they just become dry.

Our advice is to stick to recommended baking time. When you take cookies out of the oven, they look like a mouse e.g. they look like they need few more minutes in the oven. Don’t let cookies to fool you. They are actually ready and baked through. Don’t remove cookies from the baking sheet – just slide the baking sheet with cookies on the counter and let them cool.

Whether you keep your little masterpiece in a zip lock bag or reusable container it is good to be completely airtight. Remember, air is the enemy of cookies and it will dry them out.

6. Dip cookie balls in chocolate chips on the top of each ball.

You can also make really big cookies by splitting the dough into 9 pieces. Be careful to leave enough room on a baking sheet for your big cookies. Bake for 9-11 minutes until the cookies look baked from the outside.

WARNING: You might have a feeling that cookies are not baked, but take them out anyway.

Let them cool for a few minutes and enjoy.

Warm cookies are the best treat :)
