Halloween cookies

Ingredients
330g all-purpose flour
200g butter – cold butter from the fridge
130g icing sugar
3 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla essence or 1 bag of vanilla sugar
Pinch of salt
200g chocolate spread or jam
200g dark or milk chocolate depending on your preference

Directions
1. In a bowl of mixer combine 330g all-purpose flour, pinch of salt and 200g of cold butter cut in pieces.
In case that you are using vanilla sugar, add it now. Pulse it.
2. Add 130g icing sugar, 3 egg yolks , in case that you are using 1 teaspoon vanilla essence use it now. Pulse again until the dough forms one big ball.
3. Wrap in plastic foil and put into the fridge for 1-2 hours.
4.Take out of the fridge and roll the dough. Dough needs to be 3 millimeters thick.
Cut out cookies with cookie cutter (we cut out eyes with icing tips). Cut eyes/nose/mouth.
Our advice is to cut out big eyes so you achieve the scary effect.
5. Lay cookies on the tray lined with baking paper and put it back into the fridge for 20 minutes.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake cookies for more or less 8 minutes. Cookies should be baked, but they should not be browned.
6. Let cookies cool down completely. Melt the chocolate and decorate them with toothpick - make diffrent faces. Wait until chocolate is hard.
7. Fill cookies with melted chocolate (so cookies last longer),chocolate spread or jam. Keep cookies in airtight container.
