Irish stew

When I (Zuzana) moved to Ireland, I had no idea about Irish food. I was nicely surprised when I tried an Irish stew. Delicious combination of lamb, Guinness, potatoes and carrots will make your day. It is a typical pub food, which you can easily find in any pub.

Ireland anytime soon, why not to try to make it at home? I am sure that you will find this recipe very easy and very veeery tasty.

As you can see on the pictures, carrots and potatoes are quite big. It’s because you need to cook a stew until the meat is tender and you don’t want your veggies to turn into a mash.
